George Oehlert

George Oehlert is an experienced professional currently serving as the Business Operations Lead at nPlan since March 2024 and holding advisory roles at Equitas since September 2018. As Co-Founder and COO at Equitas, George has contributed to transforming the hiring process through technology and data, promoting fair and efficient recruitment practices. George has also been involved with OPUS and operated Oehlert Consulting Ltd. as an Independent Consultant from April 2016 to February 2021, supporting startups and scaleups in their operational and strategic growth. Previous roles include founding GoTrain Applications Ltd., managing teams at Alpha FMC and Accenture, and leading the Manchester University Boat Club. George holds a BA (Hons) in History from The University of Manchester.
