Jay Nair

Jay Nair currently serves as Business Operations Lead at Vannevar Labs since July 2025. Prior to this role, Jay Nair was a Senior Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from January 2023 to June 2025 and held the position of Business Analyst there as well. Earlier experience includes working as a Business Development Analyst at Ruby Hibiscus and as a Data Analyst Intern at Kannact. Jay Nair also gained experience as a Congressional Intern with the U.S. House of Representatives and the United States Senate, as well as an Office of Cabinet Affairs Intern at The White House. Additionally, Jay Nair interned on the campaign for the Governor of Arkansas in early 2018. Academically, Jay Nair holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Dartmouth College, alongside high school diplomas from Newport Harbor High School and Pulaski Academy.
