Sheldon Playdle

Sheldon Playdle has extensive experience in operations and customer success, currently serving as a Strategy & Operations Manager at Weedmaps since June 2021, having previously held the role of Revenue Operations Analyst within the same company. Prior to Weedmaps, Sheldon worked at Treez Inc. from February 2018 to June 2021, progressing from Customer Success Manager to Tier 2 CSM Technical Analyst and Tier 1 Support Operations. Earlier roles include Associate Site Manager, Site Operations Coordinator, and Customer Service Representative at American Giant, as well as positions at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and MINDBODY, Inc. Sheldon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completed in 2015, and a High School Diploma from The Branson School.
