Nick Melgaard is COO at NREP. Since joining NREP in 2017, Nick has had broad exposure to all of NREP’s real estate disciplines, working in multiple roles such as Investment Manager, being an integral part of building the platforms UMEUS and Noli Studios, and been part of the residential leadership team. Prior to joining NREP, Nick spent a year at Danish house builder, HusCompagniet, working on business development, strategy and new markets. Before HusCompagniet, Nick spent three years at McKinsey & Co. where he gained experience within strategy, due diligence and business operations. In addition, Nick has worked with M&A at Deloitte and holds a M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from Aarhus University, Denmark.
