Carolyn Hammer

Carolyn Hammer is a seasoned professional in the arts and education sector, currently serving as the Digital Arts Engagement Manager at the NSW Department of Education since January 2015. With a strong background in digital engagement, Carolyn produces and oversees a range of educational programs, including online courses and virtual learning strategies. Previous roles include Video Producer and E-learning Developer, contributing significantly to arts education accessed by around 900,000 students and teachers annually. Carolyn co-owned Elmac Creative, an engagement company, and held various positions in digital and public engagement at Bangarra Dance Theatre. An alumna of the Victorian College of the Arts, Carolyn also possesses specialized training in instructional design. In addition to current engagements as a Digital Strategy Consultant and Lead Producer, Carolyn actively contributes to Accessibili-t as a Board Member, advocating for inclusivity across diverse sectors.
