Liam Quinn currently serves as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the NSW Institute of Sport since March 2023, with experience as a Sport Science intern. Previously, Liam worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the North Sydney Bears, focusing on pre-season preparation for the NSW Cup team. Liam's background includes roles as an Academy Athletic Development Coach with Shamrock Rovers F.C. and an Athletic Development Coach for Moorefield GAA, UCD GAA, Louth GAA U20s, Thomas Davis GAA Club, and Rathnew GAA, where responsibilities included developing tailored athletic programs, using GPS data for training load management, and implementing return-to-play protocols. Liam holds a Master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning from Northumbria University and a Bachelor's degree in Health and Performance Science from University College Dublin.
