Tara Griffiths

Tara Griffiths currently serves as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Swarthmore College, a position held since December 2023. Previously, Tara worked as a Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Texas at Arlington from August 2022 to February 2024, and as an Olympic Sport Performance Coaching Assistant at Duke University from August 2021 to July 2022. Earlier experience includes a Strength and Conditioning Internship at Eastern University in early 2021 and various roles at Ithaca College, including Wellness Clinic Monitor, Varsity Athletics Weight Room Attendant, and Resident Assistant from 2019 to 2021. Tara holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Ithaca College and is pursuing a Master of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Texas at Arlington, expected to be completed in May 2024.
