Sara Baroni

Sara Baroni has an extensive work experience, beginning in 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they held the role of English Teacher and Pedagogical Coordinator at CCAA and Wizard by Pearson, respectively. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at SB Company as the CEO. In 2021, they joined BairesDev as a Recruiting Manager, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Talent Support Specialist. Currently, they are employed at NTConsult as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Innovation Lead.

Sara Baroni has a diverse educational background. Sara began their studies in 2011 at the Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo (Oficial), where they earned a Bacharelado e Licenciatura in Letras - Língua Inglesa e Literaturas de Língua Inglesa in 2014. In 2018, they completed a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu in Tradução Audiovisual (Legendagem e Dublagem) from Estácio. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Gestão de Pessoas at FAESA, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
