Ceci Fernandes

Ceci Fernandes is an accomplished professional with a strong background in productivity and agile practices, currently serving as the Global Productivity Leader at Nubank since March 2019. In this role, Ceci enhances productivity across various structures and builds corporate incentives for efficiency. Previously, Ceci led the Agilists Chapter at Nubank, focusing on continuous improvement and value delivery. With experience as a Tech Manager overseeing the Chargeback product, Ceci prioritized timely delivery and team development. Prior to Nubank, Ceci was a Board Member at Agile Alliance Brazil, advocating for the growth of the agile community, and worked as a Lead Consultant at ThoughtWorks, specializing in agile development. Early career experiences include roles as an Agile Coach at Caelum and an intern at IBM Research. Ceci holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of São Paulo.
