Lucas Carneiro serves as the Global Head of Operational, IT & Cybersecurity Risks at Nubank since June 2019, focusing on enhancing compliance with cybersecurity and data protection regulations including GDPR and LGPD. Lucas co-founded EduTalent in January 2023, aiming to support the training of young talents in cybersecurity. Previous roles include Cybersecurity Manager at EY, managing data privacy and identity access projects, and Senior Consultant at Deloitte, leading implementation efforts in Identity and Access Management. Lucas began a career in finance at GE Aviation, and holds degrees in Economic Sciences and Digital Law, alongside a postgraduate certificate from MIT in Persuasive Communication.
