Kaleb has held multiple managerial roles at Nucor Corporation and Gerdau North America, including Melt Shop Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager. Prior experience includes serving as an Improvement Facilitator for SAP Global Template at Gerdau S.A. and as a Melt Shop Maintenance Supervisor. Kaleb began a career in the industry with an internship at GrafTech International. Educationally, Kaleb earned a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering with a concentration in Ceramics from Penn State University between 2003 and 2006 and completed the Dale Carnegie Course in 2001.
