Cipd Meaad Alawwad

Meaad AlAwwad, CIPD has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. In 2010, they worked as an HR Researcher at Riyad Bank, where they focused on coordinating training activities and evaluating applicants. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Zain KSA, initially as a Recruitment and Manpower Team Member, responsible for announcing vacancies, shortlisting candidates, and arranging interviews. Meaad then took on the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they announced vacant positions and collaborated with department management to shortlist suitable candidates. Meaad also served as an Organizational Development & MP Officer, involved in restructuring the company and developing the annual manpower plan based on business strategy. In 2016, Meaad joined Saudi Telecom Company as a Recruitment Specialist and later became an HR Business Partner Supervisor, overseeing HR functions within the organization. Most recently, they held the position of Talent Acquisition Senior Manager at Zain KSA before joining National Unified Procurement Company (NUPCO) in 2020 as the Talent Acquisition Section Head.

Meaad AlAwwad, CIPD has a Bachelor's degree in English Language from the King Saud University College of Languages and Translation, which was earned in the period from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained a Diploma in Office Management from the New Horizons Institute during the academic year 2008-2009. In 2011, they obtained another Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Oxford Training College London.
