Bryon Yang is the CEO and founder of Nutra Food Ingredients, LLC, a company that has been supplying high-quality ingredients to the food, nutrition, and pharmaceutical industries since 2004. Prior to this, Bryon served as president of Elan Nutrition from January 2001 to May 2003 and held the position of Senior Director of Commercialization at Mead Johnson Nutrition from May 1996 to January 2001. Bryon began their career as a Principal Scientist at Kerry between June 1994 and May 1996, and worked as a Research and Development Manager. Educationally, Bryon holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Food Science and Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned between 1989 and 1993, and a Master of Science in Applied Chemistry from China Agricultural University, attended from October 1981 to January 1989.
