Russell Needham

Russell Needham is a seasoned logistics professional with extensive experience in managing global transportation and logistics operations. Currently serving as Senior Manager Global Logistics at nVent since May 2018, Russell leads logistics transformation, digital strategy, analytics, and transportation sourcing functions, overseeing a global transportation spend of $200 million. Prior experience includes strategic logistics roles at Pentair, where Russell developed and managed logistics initiatives and strategies for a $210 million transportation spend, and at Honeywell, where responsibilities included project management and sourcing for the $16 billion ACS division. Educational credentials include an MBA in Consulting and Supply Chain Management from the University of Minnesota and a BA in International Business and East Asian Studies from Washington State University.
