Jimmy Bales

Jimmy Bales is an experienced executive in the housing industry, currently serving as Vice President at NVR, Inc. since March 2022. Prior to this role, Jimmy held various leadership positions at Ryan Homes, including Vice President, General Manager, and Sales Manager from March 2017 to March 2022. Jimmy's career at NVR, Inc. began in July 2005, where roles included Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Customer Service Manager, among others. Before joining NVR, Inc., Jimmy worked as Service Manager at Cintas from May 2004 to July 2005. Jimmy holds an MBA in Finance from Loyola University Maryland, completed in 2012, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, obtained in 2004.
