Sara Lucien, PMP, currently serves as the Sr Manager of Planning and Strategic Workforce Management at NVR, Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing the Project Management Office (PMO) for the technology organization, managing a team of project managers, and establishing strategic portfolio management practices. With a strong background in project and portfolio management, Sara has successfully led complex technology projects and developed innovative training programs aimed at workforce management.
