Ronn Stewart

Ronn H. Stewart, II serves as the Vice President of Development at Northwood Ravin, starting in May 2023, and previously held senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President at Laurel Street Residential and Senior Vice President-Construction at The Pizzuti Companies. Ronn has extensive experience managing design and construction projects from inception to completion, overseeing significant developments such as high-rise residential buildings and mixed-use complexes. Notable achievements include the management of a $68 million LEED-certified project and involvement in a $500 million mixed-use development. Ronn holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from Clemson University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Franklin University.
