Mads Clausager

Mads Clausager serves as a co-CIO at Nykredit, co-leading the IT organization with a focus on solution delivery across multiple business areas, sharing oversight of the company's digital transformation with the management and strategic partners. Prior roles include Senior Vice President for Technology in Banking and Wealth Management at Nykredit, where Mads was accountable for the technology portfolio, and various leadership positions at Nordea, including IT Executive for Commercial and Business Banking. Mads also held senior roles at Maersk Line, overseeing key digital transformation initiatives, and previously worked as a Management Consultant at Capgemini and as a Sales Leader at IBM. Mads holds a Master’s degree in IT Management and Strategy and has a background in education, having taught mathematics and physics before transitioning to the tech industry.
