Phil Zhao

Phil Zhao, MD, currently serves as the Surgery Lead at HCC2/Day Surgery Center and Chief of the Urology Stone Program at NYU Langone Health since August 2016. Concurrently, Phil Zhao is an Attending Surgeon and Assistant Professor of Urology at NYU Grossman School of Medicine. As a co-founder and board member of Endoluxe, Inc., Phil Zhao contributed to the development of a portable endoscopic visualization platform. Phil Zhao also has experience as a founding partner of Endolutions LLC and has held roles as a fellow in Minimally-Invasive Surgery & Endourology at Northwell Health and Chief Resident in Urology at Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey. Phil Zhao completed an MD at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia University.
