Kyle Richardson

Kyle Richardson currently serves as a Clinical Professor and Practicing Professional in Residence at Central Washington University, focusing on the Engineering, Technology, Safety, and Construction Department for the 2024-2025 academic year. With extensive experience in construction management, Kyle holds the position of Sr. Director of Construction Management at OAC Services, Inc. since May 2015, previously acting as the President of the WA American Concrete Institute from September 2018 to September 2019. Additional roles include Sr. Project Manager at JTM Construction, Construction Manager at the Port of Seattle, and Senior Project Manager at PCL Construction, where Kyle gained 24 years of experience, progressing from a concrete foundation laborer to a senior-level manager. Kyle earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Washington State University between 1990 and 1994.
