Benyna Richards is a seasoned education professional with extensive leadership experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Program Lead - Delivery at Oak National Academy since May 2023, Benyna previously held the position of School Principal at The Perse School Singapore from February 2021 to March 2023. Prior to that, Benyna was the Continuous Professional Development Director at Tanglin Trust School from 2015 to February 2021, and a Senior Program Manager at Ark from 2014 to 2015. Earlier roles include Head of Department at The West London Free School Primary (2012-2014) and Teacher at Teach First (2010-2012). Benyna's educational background includes a Master's degree in Jewish/Judaic Studies from King's College London, a Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Warwick, a PGCE from Nottingham Trent University, and a Bachelor's degree in Theology/Theological Studies from King's College London.
