Jat Talton currently serves as the Vice President of Marina Development at Oasis Marinas, a position held since November 2018, focusing on maritime real estate development and public-private partnerships. Prior experience includes leading Technomarine Construction, Inc. as President, overseeing $107 million in design-build construction management, and serving as Director of Operations. Additional roles include Project Manager positions at Signet Enterprises and Jones Lang LaSalle, managing $270 million and $50 million in construction management, respectively. Early career experience includes roles as Project Engineer and Superintendent across various sectors, contributing to significant construction management projects. Jat Talton holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from East Carolina University.
