Betsy Chen

Betsy Chen currently serves as Chief of Staff at OatFi since April 2025, bringing extensive experience from a decade at BentoBox, where roles included Director of Product Management and Senior Product Manager, among others, on the founding team. Betsy has built and scaled an Onboarding Team and held various positions, such as Director of Partner Platform and Head of Onboarding & Accounts. Earlier career experiences include Partnership Coordinator at Tasting Table and server at Douzo Modern Japanese, as well as internships in private equity and corporate actions. Betsy Chen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Northeastern University.
