Justin Gates

Justin Gates has extensive experience in warehouse and operations management, currently serving as Fulfillment Manager at Oats Overnight since September 2023. Previously, Justin held the role of Director of Operations and Distribution at A&J Distributing for 18 years, where responsibilities included enhancing warehouse efficiency for both international and domestic operations and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Earlier positions at A&J included General Manager of Retail Stores and Operations Manager, along with Warehouse Lead, demonstrating a strong background in inventory management and team supervision. Justin holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati, earned between 2001 and 2005.
