Jason Welsh

Jason Welsh is an experienced professional in e-commerce fulfillment and logistics, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Ecomm Fulfillment at Dr. Squatch since August 2021. Prior to this role, Jason was the Senior Manager of Fulfillment Services at OceanX, LLC from August 2016 to August 2021, and held the position of Logistics Supervisor at Quest Diagnostics between February 2013 and August 2016, where responsibilities included managing a team of 57 Route Service Representatives and implementing lean process improvements. Earlier in the career, Jason worked at Target as Executive Team Leader in Logistics, overseeing goods flow and process transitions, and at UPS as Operations Manager, where mentoring team members was a key accomplishment. Jason earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from California State University, Fullerton, between 2002 and 2008.
