Saskia Dörr is a Senior CRM & Campaign Managerin at Oatsome since October 2021, responsible for the strategic development of CRM channels, leading the Powerteam Retention, and planning cross-channel sales campaigns. Previously, Saskia served as a CRM-Managerin, focusing on E-Mail Marketing for the DACH region, WhatsApp Marketing, and marketing automation involving print mailings, referral marketing, and optimizing the customer journey across channels. Prior experience includes working as a Referentin Smart Data at Sparda-Bank Hessen eG from November 2017 to September 2021, where responsibilities included serving as Product Owner for SAP Marketing Cloud and SAP Sales Cloud, leading projects for their implementation, segmenting target audiences, and conducting sales funnel analyses. Saskia began their career with a dual study program at Sparda-Bank Hessen eG from October 2013 to September 2016 and holds a Master of Science in Management from Lancaster University Management School, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Banking & Finance from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
