Brainlin Castro possesses extensive experience in manufacturing and operations within the flexible and rigid plastics sectors. Currently serving as Dirección Corporativa de Manufactura at Oben Group since January 2024, responsibilities include overseeing a range of flexible film products across multiple countries. Prior to this role, Brainlin held various positions at San Miguel Industrias PET S.A. from September 2016 to December 2023, culminating in the role of Director Regional de Operaciones, managing diverse PET processes, including mechanical recycling and injection molding. Previous experience includes significant roles at Oben Group, UFLEX Group, and Taghleef Industries, showcasing a comprehensive background in production management and engineering. Brainlin holds degrees in Quality and Productivity Engineering from Politécnico Colombiano 'Jaime Isaza Cadavid' and Fundación Universitaria Tecnologico Comfenalco.
