Rajat Dixit

Rajat Dixit is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-profile positions across various prestigious hotels and resorts. Currently serving as the Executive Sous Chef at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts since November 2023, Rajat previously held the role of Executive Chef at Jaypee Greens Golf & Spa Resort from June to November 2023, and at The Chancery Pavilion from September 2021 to May 2023. Rajat's expertise includes serving as Corporate Executive Chef at ORANA (HOTELS & RESORTS), where responsibilities included standardizing operations for a rapidly growing group. Earlier roles include Regional General Manager at Blue Chip Hospitality Group, Site Director at SODEXO FOOD SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, and several executive chef positions at Hilton Hotels Worldwide, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, and Jaypee Hotels. Rajat began a culinary career at Carnival Cruise Lines, accumulating over six years of diverse experiences.
