Jacqueline Young

Jacqueline Young is an experienced investor and venture capital professional currently serving as Principal at Obvious Ventures since April 2024, where focus lies on early-stage, purpose-driven entrepreneurs. As a Board Observer at Arbor and former Investor at 500 Global from June 2022 to April 2024, Jacqueline specializes in pre-seed to Series A investments. Previous roles include Investor at Draper Associates, where Jacqueline also founded Draper Scouts to support student-led ventures, and Venture Partner at Contrary. Jacqueline has extensive experience in product strategy at Facebook, where contributions included launching global payments products, as well as a background in consulting at Ernst & Young and financial services at Morgan Stanley. Jacqueline holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, with a concentration in Global Management.
