Graham Rathwell

Graham Rathwell is a seasoned transit planner currently serving at OC Transpo since September 2016, having previously held positions as a Transit Planning Analyst and Transit Planning Assistant in the same organization. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Queen's University and a GIS Technician and Survey Assistant at MMM Group. Graham also contributed to transportation planning at McCormick Rankin Corporation. Early career experience includes customer service at Bushtukah, demonstrating a diverse skill set. Educational qualifications consist of a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Queen's University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Geomatics with a Psychology Minor from Carleton University, and a certificate in Planning the Cycling City from the University of Amsterdam. Additionally, Graham completed a B.ES. Honours Planning co-op program at the University of Waterloo.
