David Hong has extensive experience in human resources, recruitment, and customer experience. Currently, David holds the position of Vice-President, Customer Experience at OCAS, where David leads various functions such as Product Management, Marketing, Customer Success, and more. Prior to their current role, David has held positions at RIM and TechHi Consultants in the HR and recruitment fields. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Guelph.
