Currently serving as Sr Director of OPC Health & Safety Programs at Oxy since April 2008, Reed has held various key positions including ORCM Operations HSE Director, HSE Director, and HSE Manager. Responsibilities have included collaboration with corporate functional groups to reduce risk, managing legacy environmental projects, and providing expert witness testimony. Prior to joining Oxy, Reed worked as a Senior Hydrogeologist at TITAN Engineering, Inc., focusing on environmental remediation and risk assessments. Reed holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Texas Permian Basin.
