She joined OceanaGold’s legal and company secretariat team in April 2009, and is currently responsible for legal affairs, compliance and corporate governance. Prior to joining OceanaGold, Liang was a commercial lawyer in private practice. Liang holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne. She is fluent in Chinese Mandarin.
