Hilary Frisbie

Hilary Frisbie currently serves as the Director of Investor Relations and Associate General Counsel at Oceaneering, a position held since September 2022. With ongoing responsibilities as Assistant General Counsel for North America since February 2020, Hilary Frisbie has extensive experience within Oceaneering, having held roles such as Regional Legal Counsel and Attorney from 2011 to 2020. Prior to joining Oceaneering, Hilary Frisbie was a Partner and Associate at Preis & Roy from 2005 to 2011 and worked as a Caseworker for U.S. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison from 1999 to 2001. Hilary Frisbie earned a Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
