Alicia Smith

Alicia Smith, MBA, currently serves as Senior Vice President and Director of Retail Banking at OceanFirst Bank since December 2015, and also holds the position of Senior Vice President and Regional Manager. Alicia has been a Board Member of the Ocean County College Foundation since January 2019. Previous experience includes ownership of Cool Beans Coffee House Inc from November 1998 to December 2015 and serving as Vice President and Market Sales Director at PNC from January 1993 to November 1998. Alicia holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Monmouth University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Rider University, both in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
