Michael Benz CA(SA) is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment consulting and business development. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of Business Development at Oceanrock Consulting since May 2016, Michael has played a pivotal role in founding and developing the firm, managing client relationships, and leading a team of analysts. Prior to this, Michael worked at KPMG South Africa, where responsibilities included training and development as well as financial engineering, specifically in financial modeling and valuations. Michael's academic credentials include an Executive Strategy Programme from the University of Oxford and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Cape Town, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting.
