Youness Khouraibchia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational management and production optimization. Currently serving as Director at OCP SA since 2016, Youness has a proven track record of significant achievements, including winning the international innovation award at Nyrstar while holding the position of Operations Manager from 2013 to 2016. Notable accomplishments include generating substantial revenue increases and achieving record production levels, along with a successful tenure as Production Manager at Hugo Neu Recycling, where Youness implemented a new electronic recycling process that significantly boosted production rates.
