Doug McDermott is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Octagon Credit Investors. Prior to that, McDermott held various managing director positions at Deutsche Bank for over 16 years. Doug also worked as an associate attorney at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Dewey Ballatine, and as a sales & business consultant at Mobil Oil Corporation. McDermott holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a B.A. in Government & Law from Lafayette College.
