Ray Duggins

Ray Duggins is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in risk management and credit operations. Currently serving as Chief Risk Officer at Octane Lending since April 2016, responsibilities include risk analytics and underwriting for power sports lending. Duggins also holds advisory roles at Scienaptic Systems and Ethics Metrics LLC, focusing on big data analytics and business strategy, respectively. Previously, Duggins was the Chief Risk Officer for Standard Chartered Bank's Consumer Bank, overseeing consumer lending risk globally, and held similar leadership positions at GE Capital, Mellon Bank, Sears, Roebuck and Co., and the Bank of New York. Duggins began a distinguished career at American Express, contributing to global operations and risk management. Duggins earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor's degree from Duke University.
