Jeffrey Gorczyca has over 30 years of work experience in the financial industry. Jeffrey began their career at Merrill Lynch Government Securities Inc in 1986, where they worked as a Senior GNMA Clearance Specialist. During this time, they improved the TRACE ranking of the Bank of America trading desk and demonstrated the ability to handle multiple products with no reduction in work quality. In 1988, they joined Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith Inc as a VP, supervising a team of trading assistants and supporting various bond trading desks. Jeffrey later became the Director of Operations at Bonwick Capital Partners, where they worked from 2014 to 2016. Currently, Gorczyca holds the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at Odeon Capital Group, starting in 2017.
Jeffrey Gorczyca obtained their BBA in Finance from Iona University, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. Jeffrey further pursued their education at Rutgers Graduate School of Management, earning an MBA in Finance from 1988 to 1992.
