Bardia Eslami Farsani has a diverse work experience. Bardia began their career in 2014 as a Guest Services employee at Tustin Ranch Golf Club, where they worked until 2016. In 2017, they joined Lief Labs as a Process Engineer and held this position until 2020. Bardia then progressed to become the Director of Engineering/Technology at Lief Labs from 2020 to 2021. Following this role, they served as the Director of Engineering and Operations for a brief period of time in 2021. Currently, Bardia holds the position of Vice President Of Engineering & Technology at Lief Labs, a role they have held since July 2021.
Bardia Eslami Farsani completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from California State University, Fullerton from 2013 to 2015.
In addition to their formal education, Bardia Eslami Farsani has also obtained several certifications. In September 2021, they completed the "Artificial Intelligence Strategy" program from the University of California, Berkeley. In July 2019, they attended the "Design Thinking Workshop" at Harvard Extension School. In April 2019, they completed the "Blockchain Technologies: Business Innovation and Application" program offered by MIT Sloan Executive Education. Furthermore, in March 2019, they obtained the certification for "21 CFR 111 Dietary Supplement GMP Overview" from NSF International.
