Sanoop K V is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in people operations and human resources. Currently serving as Lead People Ops Partner at Odessa since September 2021, Sanoop has previously held multiple roles in the industry, including Senior People Ops Partner and People Operations Partner. Prior experience includes positions at State Street as an Emerging Leader and at Manhal Group as a Human Resources Officer, where responsibilities encompassed all HR and admin functions and talent acquisition for both blue-collar and white-collar profiles.
