Dan Green has extensive experience in the culinary and operations sectors, currently serving as VP of Purchasing and Culinary Development at OEB Breakfast Co. since May 2021, where previous roles included Director of Operations, Director of Culinary, Culinary Manager, and Regional Chef. Prior to this, Dan Green was a Regional Chef at JOEY Restaurant Group from February 2004 to February 2021. Dan’s career began at Sysco Vancouver, where various roles were held from March 1990 to February 2004. Educational background includes studies at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT).
