Stephen Yamada possesses extensive experience in operations, marketing, and design, currently serving as the Member Operations Director at OETC since August 2012. Responsibilities include managing engineering teams, coordinating projects, and establishing UI/UX requirements for a custom B2B e-commerce application. Previous roles at OETC include Marketing Manager and Product Manager, along with serving as Design and Development Coordinator, where Stephen developed visual identities and worked on data visualization. Prior experience includes positions as a Marketing and Communications Intern and Graphic Designer at Willamette University, as well as a Graphic Designer for Willamette Integrated Technology Services. Stephen holds a degree in Rhetoric, Studio Art, and American Ethnic Studies from Willamette University, graduated in 2013.
