Kelsey Conroy

Kelsey Conroy is a startup generalist currently working at of All Trades since July 2023, focusing on building internal systems for early-stage startups to enhance efficiency and scalability. In addition to this role, Kelsey serves as the owner of Align + Prosper, also established in August 2023. Previous experience includes various roles at WeWork from October 2014 to July 2019, including Product Manager for the Core Platform and Chief of Staff & Director of Operations in Technology, among others. Kelsey began a career in design as a Junior Interior Designer at Francis Cauffman from May 2013 to July 2014, specializing in corporate and educational interiors. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Virginia Tech, earned between 2008 and 2013.
