Luke McCartney is currently a Senior Policy Lead at Ofgem, focusing on ESO Regulation. Prior to this role, Luke held positions as a Senior Policy Manager in Domestic Market Management and as a Policy Analyst in ESO Regulation at the same company. Before joining Ofgem, Luke worked as a Customer Assistant at Boots UK. Luke obtained a Master of Science in Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, and also undertook studies at DTU - Technical University of Denmark.
