Ravi Yadav has held various leadership roles throughout their work experience. Ravi started in 2016 as the Vice President of Manufacturing at OFI, a role they held until December 2023. In the same year, they also became the Global Head of Engineering at OFI, a position they currently hold. In 2016, Yadav joined Olam as the Vice President & Regional Engineering Head, and in June 2019, they were promoted to Vice President.
Ravi Yadav completed their education in three institutions. Ravi first attended Chail Military School in Himachal Pradesh, India from 1984 to 1991, but they did not earn a specific degree or study a specific field. Ravi then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at M.G.M.'S College of Engineering in Nanded from 1992 to 1996. Finally, they attended Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2003 to 2005 and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management.
