Shanthi Nallusamy has extensive experience in the field of research and development and customer solutions within the dairy industry. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Customer Solutions and Global Innovation Head at OFI. Prior to this, they worked at Kerry, where they held various roles including R&D Director, Technology Lead - R&D, R&D Manager, Assistant R&D Manager, and Senior Food Technologist. Shanthi's tenure at Kerry spanned over two decades, from 1999 to 2021.
Shanthi Nallusamy completed a Bachelor's (Hons) degree in Food Science & Technology from the University Putra Malaysia from 1995 to 1999. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the International University of Malaya-Wales, with an expected completion date in 2022.
