Bob Silva has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Bob worked as the Director of Technology Transfer at Ohio University from November 2010 onwards. Prior to that, they held the position of Technology Commercialization Manager at Battelle from August 2000 to March 2010. During this role, they managed a large portfolio of intellectual property related to energy and other fields. Before that, Bob served as the President of Knovation, Inc., a computer services and telecommunications marketing venture, from January 1999 to July 2000. Lastly, they were the Vice President of Operations and General Manager at RJ Lee Solutions from April 1997 to January 1999, where they oversaw strategic planning, administration, and operations.

Bob Silva has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from The University of Dallas, obtained between 1974 and 1979. Bob also holds an MBA degree in Business Management from The University of Dallas, achieved between 1985 and 1987.
