Koen Iserbyt is an accomplished finance and risk management professional with extensive experience across various sectors, including oil, fintech, and private banking. Currently serving as Global Head of Treasury, Risk & ESG Performance at Oilinvest Group since July 2014, Iserbyt manages treasury activities and financing strategies for OPEC-related operations in EMEA. Previous roles include advising the board at PhotonDelta on public funding criteria for photonics start-ups, serving as Non-Executive Director for a fintech startup, and holding senior positions at FOUR, Deloitte, and ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Iserbyt also has a strong background in supply chain management and business development from earlier experience at Shell. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and multiple executive education programs from prestigious institutions such as IMD, INSEAD, and The Wharton School.
